Daniel Siletto is a veteran finance executive with over two decades of multinational leadership experience spanning the energy, industrial manufacturing, capital construction, and oilfield service sectors. As Chief Financial Officer for Smart Chemical Services, he commands the company’s global financial strategy, capital allocation, corporate accounting, treasury, and internal control frameworks. Prior to joining Smart Chemical Services, Daniel served as the Americas Finance Project Director for Fluence Energy (a joint venture of AES and Siemens), directing complex financial deployment strategies across North and South America. His extensive energy sector expertise was solidified during a lengthy and progressive tenure at Baker Hughes, where he mastered all core financial disciplines of the global organization, ultimately serving as Chief Financial Officer for Latin America. In this executive capacity, he managed multi-country finance teams and drove substantial commercial growth across volatile regional markets. Daniel began his professional career as a public accountant with Ernst & Young in Argentina, building a rigorous baseline in risk management, corporate governance, and fiscal compliance. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant, having completed his credentials at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. Cole Wadsworth serves as the Vice President of EHS and Fleet Compliance at Smart Chemical Services, bringing more than 20 years of results-driven leadership across safety, environmental, and transportation compliance frameworks. Joined the enterprise in 2018, Cole has championed our proactive safety culture and regulatory adherence through strategic corporate training, rigorous site-focused inspections, and cross-functional communication. His extensive career is defined by high-impact milestones, including serving as Senior Safety Director at Approach Resources—where he engineered a high-performing safety program that reduced total recordable injury rates from 8.2 to 0.0 within his first year—and as DOT Manager for Multi-Chem Group, where he oversaw fleet and transportation compliance across more than 60 facilities throughout the United States and Canada. Cole’s unique craft lies in his forwardthinking approach to risk mitigation and absolute collaboration across all organizational tiers.
